Every order is sent fully tracked and insured. The exact delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

We deliver to around 70 countries. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we can't deliver there yet.
Shopping from the USA? Our US store at mysteryshirtinabox.us charges in dollars and delivers from inside the US.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from receiving your order to ask for a return. You can choose one of three options:
- Exchange. Exchanges are free. If we made a mistake with your order, we cover the shipping. If you're exchanging for style or personal taste, you cover the shipping. For a size exchange we'll try to match the shirt you received, but stock doesn't always allow it. A swap for a different team's shirt can only be done once.
- Store credit. A full refund as store credit, plus a bonus towards your next order.
- Refund. A refund to your original payment, minus a handling fee. If we made a mistake with your order, you get a full refund.
To start a return or exchange, use our returns portal. It gives you a label to print and stick on the box. Shirts must come back in the condition you received them, with the tags on.
