At Shirt in a Box, our PRIORITY is for you to have a shirt you're happy with.

Sometimes this doesn't happen for different reasons.

That's why we have, an easy, stress free exchange process in place.

How to Instigate a Return or Exchange:

Head to our Returns Portal here where you can process the return/exchange, selecting the suitable solution.

Refunds come in two options store credit, or direct refund (with a handling fee).

We will then give you a returns label, which you can then print out, place on your box and send back to us! 

When do I get my money back?

Upon arrival of the return at our HQ. We process returns once a week. Within 10 days of your parcel reaching us, we'll send your refund, add your store credit or send your exchange. A refund then usually shows within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
