Join us for a three-course meal, welcome drink and wine, a photo opportunity with Lewis, and an afternoon of inspiring conversation, all while helping raise awareness and support for the MND community.

Nicknamed "Mad Dog," Lewis was one of the toughest, hardest-working and most fearless flankers in world rugby. His career honours include:
