Authenticity, filtering and keeping it a surprise
Are your shirts authentic?
Yes! All of our shirts are authentic. We’ve never sent a fake shirt out and we pride ourselves on this!
Can I filter my shirt?
Yes! After you add the Mystery Shirt to your cart you will be asked a couple of questions, including which teams & countries you wish to avoid!
My friends and I ordered a shirt, we want to avoid getting the same shirt!
That’s easy done! When filling out which teams you want to avoid after adding your shirt to cart, enter your friends name and we will ensure you don’t receive the same shirt! Equally if you want the same shirt as them, whether its for 5 aside or a party, let us know!
Want to keep the box a mystery?
State "Keep it a secret" in the additional notes and the order will be packed into a bag to keep the Mystery going.

Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes
Do we ship worldwide?
Yes. We deliver to around 70 countries, and every order is tracked.
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked, £4.89
- Republic of Ireland: DPD Tracked 48 Hour, £4.89, free on orders over £70
- Most of Europe: FedEx Express Tracked, £3.99
- Australia and New Zealand: Express Tracked, duties and customs paid, £3.99
- Canada: Express International, £25
- Other countries: Express International, from £15, shown at checkout

How long it will take to arrive?
All items are fully tracked and insured. It takes:
- UK (up to 48h)*
- Europe (10 - 14 days)
- Rest of the world (10 - 14 days)
*Please allow up to 5 working days for us to hand-pick your shirt and pack your box. Most leave within 2.
Returns and exchanges
If the shirt is not for you
Do we do returns?
If you're unhappy with your order, then we can exchange it for a different shirt.
We also offer 30 day returns provided the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out in. Direct refunds are minus a handling fee, unless there was an error with your order.
If the shirt has been detagged, worn, washed or marked then we cannot take it back.
